On November 26, the 2025 Technology-Empowered "Good Housing" Industry Chain Expo was grandly held at the Jinan International Convention and Exhibition Center. Under the theme "Technology Leads the Future, Building Better Living Environments," the expo focused on high-quality housing construction and highlighted the technological demands of new residential forms, such as fourth-generation housing.

UBlok participated in the expo through a dual-track approach of "booth exhibition and thematic presentation," unveiling its new product—the USI Underfloor Sound and Thermal Insulation System. Specifically designed to provide key solutions for the development of "Good Housing" and fourth-generation residential buildings, the system was further elaborated on by the company's Director of Application Technology, who delivered a presentation under the same title at the "Good Housing" Construction Technology Exchange Conference. The in-depth analysis of the product's empowering logic drew widespread attention from the industry.

Given that underfloor sound insulation issues consistently rank among the top three resident complaints, and the new Code for Residential Projects (2025) has raised sound insulation standards, the UBlok technical team completed two years of intensive research and development to officially launch its new technological product, the USI.

Impact sound insulation performance ≤60 dB, exceeding national standard requirements; Class A1 fire resistance paired with high-efficiency thermal insulation, meeting green building demands; Modular designs including underfloor heating and standard versions, compatible with new construction, housing renovation and fourth-generation residential buildings across diverse scenarios.

During the exhibition, the UBlok booth drew constant crowds of visitors. Its professional team comprehensively demonstrated the core merits and practical application advantages of the USI underfloor sound insulation and thermal insulation system through physical product displays, technical consultations and real project case analyses.
