According to UBlok's ERP system, cumulative sales from January to June this year reached 2.5624 million cubic meters, a yearonyear increase of 4.88%. Despite the overall pressure on the industry, the company's production and sales maintained positive growth, demonstrating operational "resilience" in putting its annual "Breakthrough" development theme into practice.

"If we apply the concept of “relative velocity'” from physics to sales data, then UBlok's sales growth in the first half of the year exceeds 20%, given that the total national real estate investment from January to May this year, as published by the National Bureau of Statistics, fell by 16.2%," said the Chairman Mr John Zhao during the company's midyear operational review. He emphasized that "against the backdrop of a downturn in the domestic real estate market, UBlok places greater emphasis on the quality and efficiency of growth. Without quality and efficiency, a cutthroat, involutionstyle growth that “kills a thousand enemies at the cost of eight hundred of our own” isn’t good to the enterprise, let alone to the longterm development of the industry."

UBlok is striving to shape two major growth trajectories. The first is driving growth through technology, with a focus on "better aerated concrete for better houses." Following the launch of the USI underfloor soundinsulation and thermalinsulation system and the composite exterior wall insulation system over the past two years, the company will continue to roll out "trumpcard" products essential for building "better houses" in the future. The second is seeking growth from overseas markets. With projects in Malaysia, Serbia, and Georgia now taking shape, overseas markets are set to become a new growth engine for UBlok. Every struggle to break out of the cocoon is a store of strength for a future leap. The positive growth recorded in the first half of the year marks a milestone on the company's journey of transformation. Going forward, UBlok will stay focused on the overarching theme of "breakthrough," making concerted efforts both at home and abroad, and through longterm, dedicated cultivation, will chart a new course of upward metamorphosis.
