Output & Sales in 2025

As the year turns, we are pleased to share another remarkable achievement. According to the production and sales flash report generated by UBlok’s ERP system, the company’s panel production and sales volume hit an all-time high of 2.708 million cubic meters in 2025, representing a year-on-year increase of 16.7% compared with 2024. Total production and sales volume stood at 5.7734 million cubic meters, a year-on-year drop of 3.9%, while block production and sales reached 3.0654 million cubic meters, down 16.5% year on year.

The phased adjustments in total and block output and sales stem from the company’s strategic optimization initiative. UBlok has proactively withdrawn from and shut down underperforming factories to concentrate resources on core regions including the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cluster, the Yangtze River Delta, and the Sichuan-Chongqing area, thereby achieving efficient resource allocation.

Over the last two years, UBlok has adhered to a business strategy of "Doing what is worthwhile and refraining from what is not." The company has successively exited, transferred, or shut down four AAC block plants that lacked competitive advantages, cumulatively eliminating a total production capacity of 1.6 million cubic meters. At the same time, it has focused on core regional markets, adopting strategies of increasing output, improving quality, optimizing operations, and unlocking potential to strengthen its market competitiveness and profitability in these key areas, thereby achieving high-quality development.

In 2026, with the successive commissioning of overseas projects, UBlok's total output is expected to reach a new record high. The company will continue to stay anchored to its strategy of "lowcarbon, intelligent, and international development," using "quality aerated concrete to build quality houses." Relying on strategic focus and driven by innovation, UBlok will further tap the potential of its core regional markets, enhancing both its core competitiveness and overall comprehensive strength.
