a new largescale aerated concrete plant in Serbia

According to reports from multiple mainstream media outlets in Serbia, UBlok recently announced its investment in building an autoclave aerated concrete plant in Serbia. This marks the company's second overseas project, following it’s project in Malaysia, launched in 2025, and signifies a further step forward in the internationalization of the UBlok brand.

Europe is the birthplace of AAC and has long been a hub for AAC product technology, quality, and application expertise. UBlok aims to introduce its latest technology, management practices, and new products to Serbia, thereby boosting the local building materials industry. The new plant will be located in northwestern Serbia and will be developed in two phases: Phase I will have an annual capacity of 200,000 cubic meters, and Phase II will expand capacity to 600,000 cubic meters per year. Upon completion, the plant will produce aerated concrete blocks, panels, ultra-low-density products, as well as various functional products and auxiliary materials.

Mr. John Zhao, Chairman of the company, stated that Serbia's superior geographic location, favorable investment climate, and the strong China-Serbia economic partnership have laid a solid foundation for the project's implementation. The project is expected to commence production in mid2027. Ukeyer will provide fullprocess technical support and plant engineering services for the project, which will utilize UBlok's latest process technologies and equipment to achieve high efficiency, high quality, low energy consumption, and low investment, thereby ensuring the project's competitiveness.

The project in Serbia marks a significant milestone in UBlok's global expansion strategy. Moving forward, the company will continue to uphold its business philosophy of "integrating resources and pursuing excellence" and implement its strategic roadmap of "lowcarbon, intelligent, and international development."
