● Capable of automatic corner protector placement.
● The green cake is transported using a reciprocating transfer car combined with a step-by-step chain conveyor,with this system enhancing transport efficiency and reducing product damage during handling.
●The same line handles both palletized and non-palletized operations,delivering the functionality of two lines with the investment in one.
● Automatic pre-joint assembly and automatic stacking of green cake improve production efficiency and eliminate quality loss caused by traditional manual joint assembly and stacking of green cake.
● Automatic block merging and stacking at offline station,greatly increasing single forklift handling capacity.
