1. AAC Factory Engineering

Design and implement flexible and expandable production lines with an annual capacity of 50,000 m³ to 600,000 m³ (Three-30s Advantages).
In comparison to traditional AAC production lines with the same capacity,this innovative plant engineering occupies 30% less land area,
30% lower total investment,
30% reduction in unit consumption.  

2.Quicklime Factory Engineering

We provide single-line lime factory engineering development with a daily output of 100-300 tons/day.

3.Silicate Brick Production Line

We provide factory engineering for standard silicate bricks (including perforated bricks, hollow bricks, fair-faced wall bricks, and permeable plaza bricks) with a single-line daily output of 100,000-200,000 blocks/day.

4.Dry Mix Materials Production Line

We provide factory engineering for AAC-specific adhesives, plastering mortar, interface agents, and crack-resistant mortar, with an annual capacity of 50,000-300,000 tons/year.







  

5.Refurbishment of Aging AAC Plants

We provide technical upgrading, refurbishment, capacity expansion, and cost reduction measures for aging AAC factories.
