Company Profile

UBlok Group is a professional company dedicated to the research, development, production and application of leading autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) panels and blocks, autoclaved standard bricks, building unit walls and building energy-saving materials. It has gradually developed on the basis of Shandong Yasheng New Building Materials Co., Ltd. founded by Mr. Zhao Yongxiang, the chairman of the company in 2003.

Company Products

At present, UBlok has 16 production bases, covering 11 aerated panel production lines, 8 aerated block production lines, 5 autoclaved standard brick production lines, 1 equipment manufacturing factory, 6 300-ton lime kilns and 1 aluminum powder paste factory. The total production capacity of aerated products exceeds 7 million cubic meters,of which the panel production capacity exceeds 4 million cubic meters. The annual production capacity of quicklime is 500,000 tons and that of aluminum paste is 30,000 tons.

At present, the company has 3 municipal-level technology centers and 136 patents and copyrights, including 34 invention patents.

The company annually consumes more than 2 million tons of various solid wastes such as fly ash, slag, desulfurized gypsum, beneficiation tailings, calcium carbide sludge and construction waste. As of 2023, it has cumulatively produced 45 million cubic meters of aerated concrete products and consumed more than 15 million tons of solid waste in total.

The company will always adhere to the strategic vision of "grafting resources and moving forward with lean", making UBlok not only a business development platform for allocating and optimizing various resources and production factors, but also a stage for all kinds of talents to display their talents and achieve their dreams.

UBlok—Company of the President of the China Aerated Concrete Association (CACA)

In 2022, Mr. Stephen Shen, President of UBlok, was elected as the President of China Aerated Concrete Association (CACA).

In 2023, Mr. Stephen Shen, the President of UBlok, and the Company's senior executives participated in the 7th World Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Conference and the commemorative conference for the 100th anniversary of the invention of autoclaved aerated concrete in the world.

In April 2024, Stephen Shen, the President of China Aerated Concrete Association (CACA), was invited by The National Association of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Manufacturers (NAAG) of Russia and gave a keynote speech titled "Let's Move Forward Together"

In 2024,Mr. Stephen.Shen,President of Ublok, was invited to attend the Russian Aerated Industry Annual Meeting in 2024.
