On October 12, 2024, UBlok and Keda Xinmingfeng signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Philippine MVBC Group (UBlok started cooperation with the Metro Versatile Build-Tech Corporation under the MVBC Group as early as 2019). The signing ceremony was jointly presided over by Chen Zhong, general manager of the Philippine MVBC Group, Gao Peng, director of strategic development of UBlok and chairman of UKeyer, and Chen Xinjiang, chairman of Anhui Keda Electromechanical. The Metro Versatile Build-Tech Corporation of the Philippines was established in 2018 and officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Republic of the Philippines. Located in Pampanga Province of the Philippines, it covers an area of more than 20 hectares and is a manufacturer specialized in researching, developing and producing advanced building materials. The company is committed to becoming the most advanced and largest autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) manufacturer in the Philippines. As early as before the epidemic, UBlok had comprehensive cooperation with the Metro Versatile Build-Tech Corporation of the Philippines. In-depth project feasibility studies were carried out in terms of raw materials, markets, technologies and site selection. "The professionalism and teamwork of UBlok are admirable! On the eve of National Day, as Zhao Yongxiang, chairman of UBloc, and Xue Shuanqun, chairman of Shaanxi Jingwei New Energy, signed the "Technology, Management and Brand Cooperation Agreement", it marked the successful establishment of UBloc's first "franchised factory" in Xi'an, Shaanxi. "Taking UBloc as a partner is a result of strict selection. By leveraging UBloc's advantages in technology, management and brand and connecting them with Jingwei New Energy's advantages in resources, energy and location, we aim to build Jingwei New Energy factory into a leading and competitive AAC product production base in the northwest region, which is in line with our company's strategy and interests," Chairman Xue said at the signing ceremony banquet. It is reported that Jingwei New Energy's AAC factory is located in Xixian New Area, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, covering nearly 200 mu. It is only 20 kilometers away from the center of Xi'an and is close to Weihe Thermal Power Plant of Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Weihe Power Generation Co., Ltd. There are abundant raw material resources such as fly ash, slag and desulfurized gypsum, as well as power plant steam resources. Currently, it has built one production line for AAC blocks with an annual output of 400,000 cubic meters and four production lines for autoclaved fly ash bricks. Its advantages in resources, energy and location are obvious.  "Franchised factory" (referred to as license plant abroad) is a common practice of international companies. It aims to promote the exchange and cooperation of technology, management and intellectual property among peers through business rules, and give full play to the "hardware" advantages of assets and capital and the "software" advantages of technology, management and intellectual property to achieve a "win-win" situation.  Chairman Zhao Yongxiang said that the "franchised factory" is an important way for UBloc to implement the joint reorganization of "grafting resources and advancing with lean management". From April 19th to 22nd, 2024, the "2024 Annual Quality Management Seminar" of Ublok School was held at the group headquarters in Changxing. Over 30 participants from various subsidiaries' production, quality, and technical departments, as well as the group's executive management team and general manager management team, attended the seminar.
